Job Responsibilities
- To manage and control Quality Assurance Incoming - To control the quality inspection process of incoming parts or materials into the factory - To analyze problematic products, coordinate and solve quality problems with relevant. - To use measurement and understanding drawing to ensure the accuracy of components - To prepare and assign the WI, WS, Operation manual, Check sheet, and Check list - To coordinate with customers and solve problems in case of quality problems - To receive complaints from customers and provide customers with the convenience - To summarize the report on quality and problem-solving to the commander - To attend meetings and solve quality problems both with the company and customers -To oversee the management system regarding ISO9001, IATF16949, and ISO14001 - To oversee, control subordinates, and provide quality work training to employees. - Other tasks as assigned by the ManagerJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Quality, or Production Engineering - At least 7 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Production Process - At least 2 years of experience as a Leader or supervisor with subordinates - Experience in Injection, Molding, Stamping, or Manufacturing for Automotive Parts - Experience in coordinating with customers and preparing reports for management - Conversational High Level In English (Communicate with Japanese Management, customers, emails, and other documents) - Understanding of quality systems such as IATF16949, ISO900, or ISO14001 - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for preparing documents and reports - Live or Able to relocate to Saraburi
