With a strong focus on innovation and quality, they serve global clients across automotive, industrial, and advanced manufacturing sectors.Job Responsibilities:Set up, operate and maintain CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, etc.)Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsPerform quality checks using precision measuring instrumentsAdjust machine settings to ensure optimal performancePerform routine machine maintenance and troubleshootingMaintain production records and documentationFollow all safety protocols and maintain clean work areaCollaborate with engineering and quality teamsMeet production targets while maintaining quality standardsAssist in process improvement initiativesRequirements:Vocational/technical training in CNC machining or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years experience operating CNC machinesProficiency in reading mechanical drawingsKnowledge of G-code programming (basic to intermediate level)Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)Ability to perform basic machine maintenanceGood understanding of machining parameters (speeds, feeds etc.)Fluency in Thai, proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.Strong attention to detail and quality focusAbility to work in a team environment
