- 1.Coordinate between project owners, designers and consultants, external agencies, contractors, suppliers, property owners and other utility services for assigned projects.
- 2.Prepare project records with details such as minutes of meeting, field progress, field conditions, equipment use and corrective actions.
- 3.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report on progress of assigned project with assistance of schedules, costs spreadsheets and perform analysis on same.
- 4.Assist site staffs for all administrative works that include processing and reviewing of progress payments for contractors.
- 5.Manage the documents control, prepare correspondence and documents related to assigned projects and archiving in line with close-out procedure.
- 6.Assist project manager and site team for monitor site construction
- 7.Manage and submit all reviewed contract document to contract administrators for further approval
- 1. Education Level: Bachelor's degree in architectural, civil or structural engineering or related field.
- 2. Experience (Yr.): More than 2 years.
- 3. Computer skill: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Teams or Zoom and Microsoft Project.
- 4. Multitask working and able to work under pressure, flexible working hours.
- 5. Good ability for English language skills will be an advantage.
- 6. Willing to travel upcountry will be added advantage.
