- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Manage and grow a personal client portfolio across IT and non-IT sectors
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on market trends, hiring strategies, and talent availability
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using multiple channels
- Match candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Support candidates through the entire recruitment process, from first contact to offer acceptance
- Maintain accurate records and pipelines using our CRM and recruitment tools
- A degree in any discipline (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the potential to develop persuasive negotiation techniques
- High levels of self-motivation, energy, and resilience
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport and trust
