Account Executive🔹 Key Responsibilities:Manage B2B and B2C client accounts, primarily for inbound travel groups and corporate clients.Develop and present proposals for corporate team-building activities, incentive trips, and leisure travel programs.Coordinate with internal operations, guides, hotels, venues, and activity providers to ensure smooth execution of trips and events.Maintain clear and timely communication with clients before, during, and after the service delivery.Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high service quality.Assist in planning creative, engaging, and customized team-building activities aligned with client objectives.Prepare sales documents, itineraries, contracts, and post-event reports.Attend client meetings and conduct on-site inspections as needed.Support marketing efforts related to travel products and team-building offerings.Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term relationships with clients.🔹 Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in a travel agency, DMC, or event/team-building environment (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also welcome).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proficient in MS Office and basic travel management tools.Good command of Thai and English (spoken and written).A passion for travel, problem-solving mindset, and customer-first attitude.Flexibility to travel occasionally for site visits or event execution.
