Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Support & Maintenance
  • Manage and maintain core ERP systems and other assigned corporate IT applications.
  • Lead incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Safeguard application security, performance, and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and maintain system stability, security, and compliance.
  • Provide user support, resolve system-related inquiries, and conduct training when required.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for monitoring, issue tracking, and problem resolution.
  • Deliver expert-level guidance and support to business users.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, translate, and document functional requirements.
  • Work with developers, IT teams, and vendors to deploy new features and enhancements.
  • Conduct impact assessments for system modifications and improvements.
  • Perform system testing, UAT, and post-go-live support.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, propose automation and digital transformation initiatives, and recommend solutions to boost efficiency.
Project Management
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals, and develop detailed project plans covering tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Lead project execution, monitor progress, and adjust schedules and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate transparently with stakeholders by providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and address issues proactively to minimize project impact.
Other Responsibilities
  • Carry out additional assignments as directed by management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in application support, business analysis, or related IT roles.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM), supply chain, manufacturing, finance, or other business systems.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident management.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).
Qualifications
  • Willingness to work onsite at Pathum Thani.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in SAP SD or MM functional support and customization (SAP ECC6 or S/4 HANA).
  • SAP SD or MM implementation experience (preferably in sales business).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, blueprinting, and documentation using best practices.
  • Strong project management background.
  • Knowledge of interfaces and integration.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing project documentation, training materials, and managing testing activities (unit test, system integration, UAT).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
