Position OverviewTo conduct duties in the assigned Place of Work and provide a courteous, creative, efficient and flexible service consistent with the Capella Bangkok Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.The Role1. To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Capella Bangkok Standards of Performance.2. To perform all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.3. To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.4. To perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of Work as assigned.5. To ensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.6. To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.7. Co-ordinate with the Chief Steward or Assistant Chief Steward the set ups for buffet, receptions and other Hotel events.Chief Steward Assistant Chief Steward8. General high school education certification / diploma.
Experiences in a similar position in luxury resort/hotel.
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
