Engineering Specialist- Body Maintenance

• Lead to provide training and support to the operation and maintenance for Robot, Cobot and Joint (welding and sealer).
• Lead and cooperate for troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues support maintenance online team.
• Support and guide online team for ICA and PCA to complete 4D report.
• Lead to develop innovative solutions to challenging the Robot, Cobot and Joint problems.
• Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source and integrate new technologies.
• Work together with maintenance project team to develop, manage and implement special or innovation project.
• Oversee and coach specialist technician team.
• Drive MTTR and MTBF to achieve the target.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Robotics engineer or related field.
• 5 Years working experience with various robotic platform, programing languages and hardware component. Working in automation industry.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, computer vision, sensor technology and control systems is essential.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to business and operations teams.
