Responsibilities
  • Sales and Client Development:
  • Drive sales within the assigned vertical, accounts, and territory through effective client research, prospecting, and networking.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand customer needs, identify new marketing opportunities, and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Meet with existing and prospective clients, fostering strong, enduring relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets and Reporting:
  • Achieve monthly revenue and order targets by generating new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular sales reports.
  • Proposals and Transactions:
  • Draft, submit, and follow up on sales proposals, specifying appropriate standards and pricing for client needs.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process by providing outstanding service.
  • CRM and Activity Tracking:
  • Record all sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as per company requirements.
  • Meet activity and engagement targets to maintain a high level of productivity and sales effectiveness.
  • Market and Service Awareness:
  • Maintain current knowledge of Intertek's services to support sales discussions and accurately inform clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time; must have a valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
