Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the automotive and electronics sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a sales representative or similar role, preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, or plating industry.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive and/or electronics industries is a significant plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • A professional and charismatic personality with a strong ability to build rapport.
  • Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with international clients and partners.
