HR ManagerJob Responsibilities: * Assist the superior in managing all daily human resources and administrative tasks for the Thailand office.
  • Assist in project data collection, archiving, government procedure approvals, and translation tasks.
Job Requirements:Educational Background and Experience: * Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • More than 5 years of experience in human resources or administrative management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Familiar with local labor laws, regulations, and related policies.
  • Proficiency in Chinese.
Professional Skills: * Familiar with the six major modules of human resources (recruitment, training, performance, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development).
  • Experience in administrative management, including office environment management.
  • Familiar with corporate culture development and the ability to effectively implement and promote company culture.
  • Proficient in office software (such as Excel, Word, PPT) and human resource management systems.
Leadership and Communication Skills: * Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with various departments.
  • Strong team management skills, able to motivate subordinates and promote team development.
  • Able to resolve conflicts and handle complex HR issues.
Personal Qualities: * Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong execution ability.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.
