- More than 5 years of experience in human resources or administrative management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Familiar with local labor laws, regulations, and related policies.
- Proficiency in Chinese.
- Experience in administrative management, including office environment management.
- Familiar with corporate culture development and the ability to effectively implement and promote company culture.
- Proficient in office software (such as Excel, Word, PPT) and human resource management systems.
- Strong team management skills, able to motivate subordinates and promote team development.
- Able to resolve conflicts and handle complex HR issues.
- Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.
