Responsibilities:Revenue Growth & Media Monetization
  • Identify, develop, and implement new revenue-generating opportunities through digital screens, signage, data, and related services.
  • Optimize and manage media assets to maximize returns from advertising and sponsorship placements.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and establish partnership agreements to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
Sales & Business Development
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to market and sell advertising space to key clients and accounts.
  • Proactively identify, pitch, and close deals with potential advertisers, partners, and media agencies.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and industry stakeholders to expand the customer base.
  • Lead sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations to secure profitable deals and advertising contracts.
Strategic Marketing & Commercialization
  • Create and implement offline and digital marketing strategies for media placements, signage, and advertising programs.
  • Align media monetization efforts with broader marketing goals to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitor activity, and integrate customer insights into marketing strategies.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to advertising campaigns and media revenue.
  • Optimize pricing models, campaign performance, and inventory management to ensure maximum ROI and efficient use of media assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and advertising contracts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in media sales, advertising monetization, or media commercialization.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, commercial advertising, or out-of-home (OOH) media is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through sales, strategic partnerships, and media monetization initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch and close high-value deals.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development abilities to engage clients and partners.
  • In-depth understanding of advertising strategies, media placement, digital signage, and revenue models.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to optimize pricing, sales, and overall business performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and with external partners.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
