Job Responsibilities
- Policy & Documentation Control - Develop, revise, and control quality-related documents and records. - Ensure version control and compliance with documentation procedures. - Support departments in maintaining SOPs and work instructions aligned with QMS. • Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for improvement and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Promote quality culture and awareness across the organization. - Facilitate cross-functional quality improvement initiatives. • Internal Audit & Non-Conformance Management - Plan and lead internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS. - Investigate quality issues, root cause analysis, and follow up on resolution. - Track and report on non-conformance incidents and audit findings. • Training & Development - Organize and provide QMS-related training to staff. - Support competency development in quality assurance practices. • Reporting - Prepare quality performance reports and present to management. - Track KPIs related to quality objectives and system performance.
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Management Representative (QMR) role in chemical manufacturing/industrial - In-depth knowledge of the standard specifies requirements for ISO 9001 - Have experience as a Lead Auditor in a Quality Management System - Conversational High level in English for communicating with Japanese Management and making the document - ISO Certificate: ISO 9001, ISO14001, GHP/HACCP
