â Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.

â Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
â Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, and documents.
â Coordinate and organize meetings and conferences including taking minutes.
â Act as a liaison between the MD and other departments or external partners.
â Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
â Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for board meetings and other events.
â Monitor and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of the MD.
