About the CompanySelling Home appliances, Face mask, pet products, storage, and LED lighting.Job ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through consistent communication and support
  • Identify and approach new business opportunities through cold calling and research
  • Schedule and attend client meetings to introduce products and services
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable LED solutions
  • Deliver tailored and professional product presentations
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to successfully close deals
  • Prepare and manage quotations, contracts, POs, and invoices
  • Handle client inquiries with accurate and timely documentation
  • Coordinate with Japanese HQ for product customization and pricing
  • Collaborate with the Thai sales team to achieve team objectives
  • Support and guide junior sales staff when needed
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Experience requirements
  • Thai native speaker
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
  • 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or equipment sales. (e.g., LED products, air conditioners and other related products.)
  • Sales experience with government agencies or local authorities
