About the CompanySelling Home appliances, Face mask, pet products, storage, and LED lighting.Job ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: - Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through consistent communication and support
- Identify and approach new business opportunities through cold calling and research
- Schedule and attend client meetings to introduce products and services
- Understand client needs and propose suitable LED solutions
- Deliver tailored and professional product presentations
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to successfully close deals
- Prepare and manage quotations, contracts, POs, and invoices
- Handle client inquiries with accurate and timely documentation
- Coordinate with Japanese HQ for product customization and pricing
- Collaborate with the Thai sales team to achieve team objectives
- Support and guide junior sales staff when needed
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Experience requirements - Thai native speaker
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
- 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or equipment sales. (e.g., LED products, air conditioners and other related products.)
- Sales experience with government agencies or local authorities
