About the CompanyOur partner is a key leader in the country's digital transformation, with a nationwide workforce of over 10,000 employees. As the business continues to expand, they are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic HRBP to lead and manage the full employee life cycle, with a primary focus on end-to-end recruitment. This role will work closely with business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver effective hiring strategies, while also supporting onboarding, employee development, and engagement initiatives.Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with business units to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Support onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to line managers and employees.
  • Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
Experience requirements
  • over 5 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role, working closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals.
  • Experience in leading or supervising a small HR team
  • Familiarity with the retail working environment and flexibility to support store operations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Solid understanding of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in both English and Thai (written and spoken) is preferred.
