
HR Business Partner Manager

- Partner with business units to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Support onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning and succession planning.
- Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to line managers and employees.
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
- over 5 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management.
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role, working closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals.
- Experience in leading or supervising a small HR team
- Familiarity with the retail working environment and flexibility to support store operations is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Solid understanding of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in both English and Thai (written and spoken) is preferred.
