Operational Oversight: Lead and manage daily workshop operations, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Team Leadership: Supervise and support service advisors, mechanics, and support staff to maintain high levels of productivity and teamwork.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time, customer satisfaction, repeat business, revenue, and profitability.
Customer Relations: Address customer escalations promptly and uphold exceptional service standards to enhance customer experience.
Financial Management: Oversee budgets, control expenses, and manage inventory of parts and equipment to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Vendor Management: Identify and onboard new suppliers and vendors; coordinate procurement to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and profitability.
Staff Development: Train, mentor, and motivate team members to foster a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive operational and financial reports to the Managing Director.
Experience requirements
5+ years of operations experience, preferably in automotive or service industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Proficient in performance analysis and financial oversight
Experience with process improvement and vendor coordination
Familiar with workshop systems and inventory management
Education requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field
