Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the entire powder coating process, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet automotive standards.Oversee daily operations of powder coat line including surface preparation, coating application, curing, and inspection.Monitor and control key production parameters (temperature, thickness, coverage, etc.) to optimize productivity and reduce waste.Implement preventive maintenance programs for powder coat equipment and related systems.Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime.Collaborate with quality, production, maintenance, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.Develop SOPs, work instructions, and training materials for powder coating operations.Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.Lead and develop the powder coat team to enhance technical capability and performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or related fields).Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in powder coat operations or management roles.Strong technical knowledge of powder coat process, materials, and equipment.Proactive, confident, and hands-on personality with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication in both Thai and English (spoken and written).Familiar with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.Preferred Characteristics:Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process optimization.Strong team leader who can motivate and mentor subordinates.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Experience with international OEM standards or Tier 1 automotive supplier environment is a plus.
