  • Receive raw materials and finished goods; unload packaging and inspect received items for quantity accuracy and defects.
  • Store products appropriately to optimise space while adhering to EHS safety procedures.
  • Conduct audits and record inventories of received goods, ensuring all relevant documents (e.g., tax invoices, bills of lading) are submitted to authorities in compliance with company standards.
Material Planning and Inventory
  • Review inventory levels for raw materials by maintaining up-to-date records and performing regular stock checks.
  • Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to coordinate timely receipt of raw materials, meeting production deadlines and preventing interruptions due to material shortages.
Record Keeping & Quality Management
  • Accurately maintain product listings with corresponding product numbers, dates, and lot numbers.
  • Ensure prompt and precise updates to inventory records for effective stock management; securely manage all documentation related to goods movement.
  • Uphold warehouse operations and standards in alignment with BASF (Thai) quality policies.
  • Oversee warehouse activities to ensure compliance with EHS requirements, promoting orderly, accessible, and safe warehouse conditions for efficient traffic and transport.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workplace that supports occupational safety and efficient production, adhering to all factory safety and company EHS guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Education: Senior high school diploma or vocational certificate.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Forklift driving ability and a valid forklift license (obtained within the past 1 year and 6 months) required, along with basic computer skills.
