- Lead and manage the marketing department, including evaluating and developing marketing strategies.
- Plan and align marketing strategies with the company's business directions in OEM, ODM, and our in-house B2C brands in both domestic and international markets.
- Develop a unique and strong brand identity to create brand awareness and clear brand positioning that supports sales and lead generation.
- Define the optimal marketing mix, drive growth through innovation, manage marketing budgets effectively, and continuously analyze and improve campaign performance to achieve the best ROI and ROAS.
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities and create new S-curves.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and production teams to align marketing efforts across departments.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and brands.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly marketing reports to executives.
- Lead, manage, and continuously develop the marketing team, supporting their skill growth and performance.
- Male or Female, aged not over 35 years
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role in the garment manufacturing industry.
- Solid understanding of both domestic and international markets, including B2B and B2C
- Proven expertise in marketing strategy, brand communication, market analysis, and the implementation of effective marketing plans
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Creative mindset with a hands-on, can-do attitude and the ability to handle unexpected challenges
