Review existing business and operational processes, and propose/design solutions that meet business objectives.
Gather and analyze business requirements to understand stakeholder needs.
Conduct gap analysis between current and target operating models.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to capture requirements and align on proposed solutions.
Prepare key project documentation, including BRD, system diagrams, data flow diagrams, and requirement traceability matrices.
Collaborate closely with project owners, project managers, and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.
Identify risks, challenges, and dependencies; propose mitigation plans and provide technical details for system design when needed.
Support test case design, UAT activities, and solution validation to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics (Master's degree is preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or System Analyst.
Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, facilitating solution design workshops, and creating documentation (BRD, system diagrams, and data flow diagrams).
Knowledge of gap analysis and operating model design.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
