  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into QlikSense or relevant BI tools.
  • Analyze aftersales performance data, including service throughput, parts sales, technician productivity, warranty claims, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on principal KPIs at the group and dealer level.
  • Track and clear aging parts and slow-moving inventory.
  • Collaborate with service, parts, and warranty teams to identify process improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Support audits, especially warranty and NSC (National Sales Company) compliance checks.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Head of Aftersales.
  • Assist in tracking open jobs, WIP (Work In Progress), and outstanding receivables (AR).
  • Maintain database integrity and recommend automation or tools for efficiency.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in aftersales, data analysis, or a related role (automotive industry preferred).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, QlikSense, Power BI, or similar data tools.
  • Good command of English and Thai.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
