We are currently seeking experienced and talented Senior Waitresses to join their team for their outlets.As a Senior Waitress at their award-winning restaurants, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to their guests and ensuring that their dining experience is memorable. Your responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth operations
Conducting regular training sessions for the assigned team to maintain high standards
Monitoring duty schedules for the team
Ensuring the proper appearance and grooming of assigned employees
Setting up the outlet according to meal settings and opening hours
Welcoming guests and assisting with seating
Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with guests to enhance their experience
Being knowledgeable about the menu, promotions, and other relevant information
Contributing to meeting and exceeding the monthly revenue budget for the outlet
Requirements
Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
Fluency in written and spoken English
Familiarity with POS systems is desirable
Previous experience in leadership or supervisory roles is preferred
