Manage the company's budget by setting annual budgets for operations and investments, monitoring expenses, and adjusting budgets as needed. Design financial KPIs for each department.
Analyze financial data, such as financial ratios, to assess the company's financial health and use this information to increase profits, reduce costs, or improve resource usage.
Manage the company's debts by planning borrowing and repayments properly to minimize financial risks and maintain liquidity.
Establish and maintain internal financial controls to ensure accuracy, prevent fraud, and ensure appropriate use of financial resources.
Assess financial risks like interest rate changes, asset price fluctuations, or economic conditions, and develop strategies to reduce these risks.
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to support decision-making and keep management informed.
