The solutions offered are Integrated Supply Chain Solutions, 3PL for eCommerce business (eSolutions), Reefer/Cold Chain Logistics, and Project Cargo.Noatum Logistics responds to different industry needs with in-depth knowledge and experience in defined industries, including Fashion & Retail, Industrial & Construction, High Tech & Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Food & Consumer Goods, Mining, Energy and Oil & Gas, Defense & Aerospace, and Pharma & Healthcare.The Pricing Manager is responsible for building pricing structures, managing procurement activities, and handling high-volume rate inquiries across Air, Sea, and other logistics services from time to time.Pricing & Procurement Strategy
  • Develop and maintain general and specialized rate structures for ocean, air, and other logistics services from time to time: cross border, warehousing, fulfillment, etc.
  • Create and manage cost and selling structures for EXW, FCA, FOB, and DAP terms.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing and favorable terms with carriers, co-loaders, and logistics partners.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, consolidators, fulfillment providers, and other vendors.
Inquiry & Tender Management
  • Handle 150+ monthly inquiries across Air & Sea, Export & Import.
  • Respond to RFQs and tenders from internal networks and overseas agents.
  • Act as an escalation point for operational issues related to space, equipment, and rates.
Carrier & Vendor Relations
  • Manage service contracts and ensure compliance with MQC and core carrier strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and provide visibility on FCL rates for pricing analysis.
  • Build and manage a consol box network to enhance service offerings.
Internal Collaboration & Product Development
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to align pricing strategies.
  • Create specialized service products tailored to market needs.
  • Share market intelligence and product updates across teams.
  • Support and participate in regional ocean team initiatives and projects.
Performance Monitoring
  • Track and achieve volume, GM, and TEU growth targets.
  • Ensure pricing competitiveness while maintaining profitability.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in carrier management, pricing, or procurement within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and providers is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
