Responsibilities :Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and basic F&B (Grab & Go station).Ensure excellent guest experience by maintaining service standards and handling escalated guest issues.Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to support a lean and efficient team.Monitor financial performance, including room revenue, cost control, and cash handling procedures.Coordinate with Accounting for reporting, budgeting, and daily reconciliations.Implement policies, procedures, and operational improvements to maximize efficiency and profitability.Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
Proven experience in hotel operations or hospitality management, preferably in a budget or limited-service property.Strong leadership and people management skills in a lean team environment.Good financial acumen with ability to manage budgets, costs, and reporting.English proficiency (written and verbal) required; additional languages are an advantage.Hands-on, service-minded, and flexible to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
