About the CompanyMy client is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead their OEM business, specializing in food production.The role requires a B2B sales expert with strong English proficiency, strategic sales skills, and a focus on expanding the business.Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Vision: Formulate and drive the overall B2B sales and export strategy to secure long-term revenue growth and market leadership
  • Market Penetration: Identify high-potential new markets and major accounts and build robust business development pipelines
  • Strategic Account Management: Cultivate and expand relationships with key OEM clients to maximize profitability and foster long-term partnerships
  • Profitability and Pricing Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of strategic pricing models that balance competitive positioning with sustained profitability
  • Talent Leadership: mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of strategic thinking and accountability
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with production, R&D, and logistics teams to ensure the sales strategy aligns with operational capabilities and market demands
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related field
  • 10-15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven expertise in B2B sales, export trade, and strategic pricing, preferably in the food or FMCG industry
  • Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Experience in the regional scope is a plus
