Develop and Execute Vision: Formulate and drive the overall B2B sales and export strategy to secure long-term revenue growth and market leadership
Market Penetration: Identify high-potential new markets and major accounts and build robust business development pipelines
Strategic Account Management: Cultivate and expand relationships with key OEM clients to maximize profitability and foster long-term partnerships
Profitability and Pricing Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of strategic pricing models that balance competitive positioning with sustained profitability
Talent Leadership: mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of strategic thinking and accountability
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with production, R&D, and logistics teams to ensure the sales strategy aligns with operational capabilities and market demands
Experience requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in a related field
10-15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven expertise in B2B sales, export trade, and strategic pricing, preferably in the food or FMCG industry
Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English
