Manage sales targets, prepare reports, and resolve customer-related issues
Identify and analyze market opportunities while handling sales and marketing activities to meet customer needs
Manage sales of machinery, machine tools, factory equipment, and automation solutions
Represent the company's image, present proposals, and acquire new customers
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities
Prepare documentation, marketing plans, and sales plans
Report on sales progress, customer feedback, and achievement of goals
Stay competitive by keeping up with industry trends and developments
Experience requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience in sales of production equipment, engineering machinery, machine tools, factory equipment, or automation
Experience working with Japanese companies is an advantage
Highly responsible and able to work well under pressure
Strong communication and leadership skills
Skilled in negotiation and relationship management
Positive mindset with the ability to learn quickly
No need to drive own car (company has car support)
Education requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Proficient in English at an internal conversation level (TOEIC score preferred)
