Lead and manage sales projects in AEAN countries for PDSS EA ,focus in renewable energy/power generation, develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, collaborate across departments, monitor sales performance, provide sales training, manage risks, utilize sales tools, and conduct market research. Lead and Manage Sales Projects: Oversee the entire sales cycle from project initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies based on market trends and company goals to achieve sales targets and market share growth. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Maintain close contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and actively develop new clients to expand business opportunities. Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with marketing, technical, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and efficient resource utilization. Monitor Sales Performance: Regularly evaluate the performance of the sales team, analyze sales data, provide improvement suggestions, and ensure sales targets are met. Bachelor's degree, major in Electrical Engineering EPC Project Management: Understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes, including project lifecycle, budgeting, and scheduling. Renewable Energy and Power Generation: Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, power generation systems, and industry regulations.
