Demand Insights and S&OP ManagerCoty is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the South East Asia team as Demand Insights and S&OP Manager, based in Thailand. You will be part of a large planning organization with future development opportunities into E-commerce or Distributor go-to-market models.Reporting to: SEA Market Planning LeaderDivision: Prestige and Consumer BeautyRESPONSIBILITIESIn this role you will be responsible for:
Leading the Demand Planning activities and S&OP process for your market
Ensuring sufficiency in incoming supply while managing inventory levels
Building strong relationships with local sales, marketing, and finance teams, as well as global and regional demand and supply teams
Championing continuous improvement to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and RCA of KPI misses
Be part of SC transformation to o9 integrated planning tool
Demand Planning and S&OP
Generating accurate 18 months sales forecasts at SKU level, incl. new launch and promotion planning
Understanding and incorporating market dynamics, trends, and complexities
Validating forecasts and comparing to monthly/annual commercial targets and financial budgets
Leading local S&OP process, targeting to reach cross-functional consensus on Gross & Net Sales forecast, with aligned Risks & Opportunities
Managing inventory by reviewing excess & obsolete stock, RCA, and “top 20” action plan
Improving forecast accuracy whilst achieving targets on sales, profit, cash, and inventory
Analyzing order fulfilment and creating an action plan for improvement to reduce missed sales
Active participation as a key stakeholder in market specific projects
Supply Planning & Inbound Management
Closely monitoring sufficiency and timeliness of incoming stock vs. demand forecast
Identifying risks vs demand and proactively finding solutions with global supply and local sales team
Communicating replenishment schedule and any risks vs demand to local sales & marketing team

At least 4 years of demand planning experience, ideally with background in Beauty or FMCG
Strong business acumen and eagerness to understand our business
Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team located across different offices
Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proven ability to analyze and drive change
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with intermediate/advanced expertise in Excel
Strong written and verbal skills with confidence to reach out and challenge others
Passion, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
