  • Oversee end-to-end business operations, including product planning, campaign execution, marketing initiatives, and partnership coordination across various internal teams such as product development, technology, legal, finance, compliance, marketing, risk management, and customer support.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote the adoption and expansion of buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) solutions, leveraging a strong understanding of the fintech and lending landscape in local markets.
  • Influence the product development roadmap by working closely with technical and product teams to enhance user experience, introduce new features, and optimize operational tools for better conversion and engagement.
  • Utilise data expertise to analyse and report on key performance indicators, providing insights that guide strategic business decisions.
  • Apply deep knowledge of user behaviour and marketing funnels to assess retention and traffic patterns, and design impactful campaigns that drive education and usage of BNPL offerings.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams to boost visibility and reach.
  • Manage daily operations including stakeholder communications, promotional activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), product planning, reporting, and budget oversight.
The Successful Applicant
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Brings over 7 years of experience in product operations, partnerships, or marketing roles, ideally within sectors such as technology, financial services, fintech, lending, or e-commerce.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities with a solid grasp of key performance and conversion metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing diverse priorities and timelines.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a remote team, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in both English and the local language, enabling effective communication with regional and local teams.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of marketing funnels and user behaviour analytics, with the ability to optimise campaigns and leverage tools to enhance user engagement and platform penetration.
