Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures tailored to the industry.
Provide legal advice on regulatory matters, contracts, and business operations.
Ensure adherence to local and international laws and regulations relevant to the industry.
Conduct training sessions for employees on compliance and legal topics.
Monitor and manage risks, offering proactive solutions to mitigate potential issues.
Support contract negotiations and draft legal documents as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in compliance practices.
Respond to legal inquiries and liaise with external law firms when required.
The Successful Applicant
A degree in Law or a related field.
Proven experience in legal and compliance roles within medical devices, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or any related industries.
Strong knowledge of local and international legal frameworks.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to analyse complex legal matters and provide strategic solutions.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
