Job PositionAssistant Manager - ComplianceJob Responsibilities
  • Providing recommendations to the board on company regulations, articles of association, the Securities and Exchange Act, the Public Limited Companies Act, SET and SEC regulations, and other applicable legislation.
  • Providing SET and SEC disclosure and related regulatory filings i.e. 56-1 One Report, or notification to the SET and SEC, SEC Forms etc.
  • Managing to ensure compliance under relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaising with regulatory agencies (SET, SEC, and MOC) and ensuring the corporate information disclosures are completed and in accordance with the laws and regulations.
  • Monitoring any changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.
  • Overseeing the company's related policies, make sure they are kept up to date and referred to the appropriate committee for approval.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of corporate governance requirements.
  • Experience in ESG reporting will be advantaged.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Arts, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Listed Company
  • Knowledge of SEC/ SET rules, regulations and guidelines, Public Company Act, Corporate laws.
  • Detail oriented, good analytical skills, good interpersonal communication and ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
  • Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
