Providing recommendations to the board on company regulations, articles of association, the Securities and Exchange Act, the Public Limited Companies Act, SET and SEC regulations, and other applicable legislation.
Providing SET and SEC disclosure and related regulatory filings i.e. 56-1 One Report, or notification to the SET and SEC, SEC Forms etc.
Managing to ensure compliance under relevant laws and regulations.
Liaising with regulatory agencies (SET, SEC, and MOC) and ensuring the corporate information disclosures are completed and in accordance with the laws and regulations.
Monitoring any changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.
Overseeing the company's related policies, make sure they are kept up to date and referred to the appropriate committee for approval.
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of corporate governance requirements.
Experience in ESG reporting will be advantaged.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Arts, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Listed Company
Knowledge of SEC/ SET rules, regulations and guidelines, Public Company Act, Corporate laws.
Detail oriented, good analytical skills, good interpersonal communication and ability to work independently and as a team.
Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
