Technical leading to provide solution cover the Software and PLC Automation. MAE's modification, Installation equipment, Commission new machine and existing machine.
Day-to-day support in the MOE and Maintenance area. MAE problem-solving analysis & improvement for shopfloor smooth running without long technical downtime from the sequence of the machine.
Provide the solution of MAE's software and PLC automation details & technical release, knowledge competence transfer to Technical Functions & Manufacturing Operations associate in HmjP.
Lead for the cooperation with BMG-3CN, BMG-1DE, provide the solution to Manufacturing and Maintenance about the PLC automation topic.
Lead for ensuring MAE's Technical release (New & Relocation) is on specification as required from MAE's owner, in the topic of PLC automation, Electrical software.
QualificationsEducational Background:
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in mechanical automotive engineering or related fields
Qualifications:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Experience in manufacturing and process engineering at least 8 years and willingness to travel overseas
Have experience on the PLC, Siemen, Rexroth, Mitsubishi, and Topcon or Pulse, able to work overseas for development competence
Experience in automotive manufacturing process
Experience in PLC & Automation robot program
Experience in PLC Topcon plus, Modulo, Classic
Depth knowledge in MAE's technical problem-solving method
Leading myself ability and others to achieve goal target
Experience in project management
Experience in Manufacturing I4.0
