Job Title: Channel Marketing ManagerOverview:
We are seeking a results-driven Channel Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of commercial strategies across key modern trade channels, with a strong focus on delivering growth through data-driven planning and effective in-store activation. This role is crucial in managing end-to-end category execution, trade investment planning, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Channel Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement channel strategies and activity plans in line with the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to drive category growth in assigned key account(s), particularly in wholesale club formats.
  • Lead shopper-centric initiatives that align category, brand, and channel priorities to meet business objectives.
Insight-Led Planning
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of shopper behavior, category performance, and competitor activity using both internal and external data sources (e.g., customer offtake, market trends).
  • Translate insights into actionable plans to enhance category performance and execution in-store.
Product & Promotion Management
  • Lead planning and rollout of new product launches, including trade stories, execution plans, and post-launch evaluations.
  • Develop perfect store guidelines and lead implementation across the trade, ensuring visibility and effectiveness of in-store activations and promotions.
Trade Investment & Project Leadership
  • Manage trade investment budgets, including POS materials and premium allocations, ensuring ROI effectiveness.
  • Initiate and drive channel-specific projects (e.g., exclusive SKUs, customized pack sizes) to support sales growth and customer engagement.
Customer Collaboration
  • Lead joint business planning with key accounts; conduct business reviews and co-develop channel growth initiatives.
  • Align with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category) to support strategic initiatives and execution excellence.
Performance Tracking
  • Monitor and evaluate trade activities, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize performance.
  • Track KPIs such as sales volume, trade investment efficiency, and category profitability.
Qualifications:Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in trade marketing, category management, or customer/channel development roles.Strong commercial acumen with proven analytical and data interpretation skills.Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership abilities.Effective communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal).Send your CV to pongsakorn@wkr.co.th
