Lead and support the growth and effectiveness of the export team.
Manage all export operations and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Allocate resources strategically to achieve optimal productivity.
Conduct regular meetings to ensure alignment and progress across the team.
Promote internal training and knowledge sharing to strengthen team expertise.
Resolve international issues swiftly and effectively to maintain service quality.
Maintain consistent communication with clients to foster long-term relationships.
Ensure all activities meet compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
Assess team performance regularly to drive continuous improvement.
Experience requirements
At least 5-8 years of experience in air export operations.
A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role, including experience in managing integrated logistics or export operations
Proven experience in negotiating with service providers and managing relationships with carriers.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to forecast market trends.
Proficiency in documentation processes for export, including Letters of Credit.
Strong organizational and planning skills to manage space availability and ensure capacity.
Ability to compare service performance and propose improvements.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Education requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
