- Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, optimize processes and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and legal requirements related to recruitment and talent management
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's employer brand and candidate experience
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
