Human Resources Department Recruitment Position: Internal Audit Specialist (English Skills)
Salary: 30,000 - 40,000+ (Based on Experience)
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain a Risk Control Matrix (RCM)
- Review and improve internal audit process based on annual audit plan to enhance internal audit efficiency, compliance, and overall effectiveness
- Conduct independent and impartial audits and analyses of business processes, policies and more
- Coordinate with various departments to improve gaps or problems found in business processes, policies and operations
- Organize training related to internal audit activities
- Familiarity with Financial Statement Closing Process (FSCP) and Tax Management will be considered an advantage.
1. Gender and Aged Requirements:
Male or female aged no more than 30 years.
2. Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or Business Administrative
3. Work Experience:
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Audit or Accounting fields.
4. Language Skills:
Good in English Communication Skills
