We are seeking a talented Tableau Dashboard Designer and Developer to join our team. This role involves both the design and development of dashboards to support business decision-making. The successful candidate will enhance existing dashboards and build new visualizations for the DAC system, based on data from the Customer Data Platform (CDP).
Responsibilities:
Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards aligned with business requirements.
Enhance and maintain existing dashboard solutions.
Collaborate with data teams to build effective data models for Tableau reporting.
Deliver clear, actionable data visualizations that support business users and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing Tableau dashboards.
Solid understanding of data modeling principles for Tableau.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear, business-friendly visualizations.
Experience with DAC and/or CDP systems is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
