- Supervise and manage the team to achieve goals for both quality and quantity
- Plan, organize, and control rework/repack jobs
- Support the establishment and maintenance of quality control systems
- Analyze issues and implement corrective/preventive actions for non-conformity
- Assist the Factory Manager and help solve major problems
- Participate in activities to maintain management system standards (ISO9001, IATF16949, etc.)
- Male or Female, age 28-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Control
- Basic knowledge of steel products
- Knowledge of ISO9001/IATF16949 systems
- Proficient with measurement tools
- Good command of English
- Japanese language skills are a plus
