To assist administration for concern M&E documents
To assist store inventory checking
2. Assist the Project Manager/Project Engineer
Regularly check the quality of the work done on site, and feedback to the Project Manager / Project Engineer
Monitor the construction weekly progress and feedback
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the contractors and feedback
Review the M&E correspondences (RFA/RFI) between contractors/CM / Architect / Engineer and feedback in case there is something wrong
Recheck the M&E shop drawing, as-built drawing, performance test reports, and instruction manuals, and feedback
Prepare update construction progress in formation for the monthly report i.e. % completion report, project report
Review the M&E as-built drawing, performance test reports and instruction manuals prior handover to the Hotel Operations for their reference/use
Compile the Handover report
On the buildings inspection due to the Hotel license application
Attend the M&E testing and commissioning
Follow up the defects rectification
3. Attend the meeting
The weekly site meeting with the CM, and contractor
4. Supervision and coordination
To coordinate M&E work with Architectural and Structural work
Study/recheck the M&E construction document i.e. the drawings/spec (for construction), contracts, schedules etc. Any lacking of information, he has to feedback to the Project Manager / Project Engineer
Monitor, and liaise with Contractors to ensure that the construction on site will run smoothly as planning and conform to construction drawing specification
Inspect site construction work according to contractor inspection request
Review daily request / report from contractor
