Lead branding campaigns and coordinate with agencies and internal teams.
Track and evaluate media performance metrics.
Prepare internal documentation (e.g., agreements), manage proposals, and coordinate team meetings through to campaign launch.
Ensure timely follow-up on plans and support content development.
Review and approve all upcoming campaigns, including those from HQ, Japan, and international sources, prior to release.
Address issuer inquiries, ensure timely follow-up, and provide content support.
Present proposals to senior management and oversee team coordination until campaign rollout.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in branding, communications, or marketing roles.
Background in financial services (e.g., banking, payment solutions, insurance, or investment).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with persuasive presentation abilities.
High emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
Fluent in English, confident in meetings and presentations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Skilled in creating professional presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
