Lead maintenance and improvement initiatives in production processes, machinery, and civil engineering to achieve production optimization.
Plan and manage engineering projects to ensure compliance with budget, timeline, and objectives.
Coordinate with the production and other departments to ensure smooth 24-hour manufacturing operations.
Manage a team of 10-20 engineers to ensure efficiency and continuous team development.
Be available to work in shifts and on weekends as necessary.
Work effectively under time pressure and handle urgent situations with flexibility.
Experience requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial engineering with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven experience managing large-scale engineering projects valued over 10 million THB.
Experience in 24-hour manufacturing and packaging environments with rotating shifts.
Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
Leadership and team management skills for mid-sized teams (10-20 people).
Able to work under high pressure and flexible with working hours and holidays.
