Responsibility includes planning and communicating information/campaign or project required effective communications to reach and engage the target audience. The person must work with each department to understand the objective of the project, initiate the ideas for communications and the right channel, work out the detail of communication plan and/or incentive to ensure the success of the campaign. Besides, this position is also review, monitor and report the result of the campaign with the action plan, if required. This position is also taking care of Townhall, staff meeting, management meeting by working with spokesperson/management to arrange and ensure the smooth run of the event. Work with HR to drive internal employer activity and promote the Allianz value and culture to employees.
Employee Communication support - Work with People & Culture (HR) to drive Employer Value Proposition (EVP) activity and promote the Allianz value and culture to employees.
ESG support - Support the execution of ESG (Environment, Social Inclusion, Governance). Work with internal and external partner to manage the activity and drive the engagement of target audience i.e. customer, staff, agent, partners etc.
Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya1) Lead Internal Communications
Plan internal communications strategy to ensure effective communications to employees
Manage all internal communications channel and work with user to manage the traffic of content/flow
Create communications material that matched with requirement from users, objective of the communications and drive audience attention and/or lead to call to action
Work with management to arrange and run the townhall, staff meeting, management meeting
Key contact person for users to release announcement to all employees
Work closely with HR to support employee engagement programs
Monitor the effectiveness and propose new idea/strategy to enhance the communications
2) Support internal employer (HR or People & Culture)
Work closely with HR to drive EVP (making people proud to work for Allianz) for internal audience via different communications/activity
Help manage company's content in social media i.e. LinkedIn and Facebook with regards to this topic
3) Support ESG (Environment, Social Inclusion, Governance)
Work with ESG lead to execute ESG activities focusing on waste segregation project ""Goes for Green""
Support on arranging always-on ESG project i.e. Blood donation, waste segregation, donation etc.
4) Drive business of ""staff channel"" in selling product to employees
Work with commercial team covering both L&H, P&C, and A&H in come up with business strategy for internal customers (staff)
Support execution i.e. on going One Service Day etc., to build business
Educate and ensure a smooth journey of staff when buying company's products
Work with CEM team to gather data/insight for further enhance service touchpoint to external customers
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in any related filed
At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Public Relations and Mass Communication, and/ or Internal/ Corporate Communication
Strong experience in Internal Communications function in insurance, consumer or banking business would be preferred
Ability to communicate difficult content to be simple to understand and digest
Strong in communication both English and Thai for writing and speaking
Nice to Have
Equip with creativity thinking that help making communication outstanding from all the information that audiences must face
Business acumen, Decision making and presentation skills
Project management and data analyst (data software/tools)
Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
