Job Responsibilities
- Assist in leading, establishing, and maintaining long-term relationships with domestic dealers and international clients. - Monitor and update customer information (e.g., forecasts, purchase orders) and ensure timely reporting to management. - Share and align customer information with relevant divisions to support smooth operations. - Coordinate product development based on customer requirements by working closely with the product design and quality assurance teams. - Manage product creation process from drawings to mold development and final product delivery in collaboration with clients and internal teams. - Research market trends, competitor activities (domestic and overseas), and new technologies to support business strategy. - Provide support in planning and executing marketing strategies in the assigned regions. - Supervise and mentor junior staff as required to ensure smooth operations within the team. - Handle other tasks as assigned by management.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in English major, International Department, Business or related - At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the Packaging/Plastic industry or International Sales in any product - Conversational High level of English (External: Overseas Clients - Email, Phone call / Internal: Report Line) - At least 1 year of experience in a leaders position or middle management level - Computer skills (Microsoft Office) - Have own car and a Driving License, Willing to visit clients in the Bangkok area - Able to visit clients in Vietnam, Malaysia, or the Southeast Asia area (Average 4 times a year)
Preferable Skill / Experience
