Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across the group's portfolio
Build and manage strategic partnerships with international and regional stakeholders
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and business partners
Execute growth strategies in line with company objectives
Prepare and deliver impactful business proposals, presentations, and lead contract negotiations
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support growth initiatives
Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth roles
Strong distribution management experience, ideally in FMCG or related sectors
Proven track record in building and maintaining B2B relationships
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on market opportunities
Fluent in English; Thai language is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work closely with senior leadership
