- Hire new Sales Executives and monitor their performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies & action plans
- Maintain an excellent reporting of customer & prospect database
- Visit major clients & prospects to negotiate contracts & prices
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in Sales or business development
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in Sales team Management
- Good command of English (Written & spoken)
- Leader, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills
- Excellent reporting capacities, attention to details
