Job Responsibilities
- Prepare design tender drawings (include perspective & presentation) - Responsible for design related to law & regulation - Prepare & check for construction drawings - Be consulted and coordinate with the site during the construction stage - Visit client site (Depending on client situation) around 1 time/month - Design works and assignments from the Manager - Other Duties assignedJob Requirement
Necessary Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture - At least 4 years of working experience in Architecture with factory businesses - Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp - Conversational Middle English level (To communicate with the Japanese team, email, and documents) - Able to visit client site at Samutprakarn and depend on the project * Ayuttaya, Phatumtani, Rayong, Samutprakarn, and Chachoengsao by company car with driver) around 1 time/month (Depending on client situation) - Have a license for Associate Architect (Level 3)
Preferable skill/experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills - Problem-solving and conflict resolution - Ability to lead design discussions with clients and contractors - Able to use the REVIT program
