You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential leads for our client using our proven value-based selling methodology.🔍 Prospecting & Lead Generation - Research and identify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.🌟 Lead Qualification - Assess the potential fit of leads based on budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.💪 Sales Pipeline Management - Track and manage the sales funnel, ensuring leads progress efficiently through the sales process.📈 Sales Support - Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on leads.📝 Data Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.📊 Reporting & Analysis - Generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for our clients.🧠 Continuous Learning - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.What you need to succeed
  • Professional proficiency in verbal and written Cantonese.
  • Professional proficiency in verbal and written English -any additional APAC languages is a plus-.
  • You have completed a Bachelor/Master/MBA degree.
  • You have excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
  • You are an independent worker with the capability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • You are highly motivated and wish to thrive within Sales & Marketing and play a key role in B2B Sales processes.
  • Familiarization with MS Office.
  • Openness and ability to learn sales automation tools (e.g. Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and processes
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; phenomenal and collaborative teammate.
  • Interest and aptitude to learn about the IT/Software Industry, is curious to learn and has a 'can-do' attitude with strong ownership
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to think logically and structure answers
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales is a bonus point.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
