Job responsibilities
*Focus on finding new customers - Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. - Import & Export for all INCOTERMS by Air, Sea, and Land (Cross-border) shipment with privilege concerned such as SEC29, BOI, Blue Corner, Bonded, Free Zone, IE, NVOCC, packing, installation, Heavy transport, etc. - Control and Issue quotations for import & export shipments to customers / overseas agents / head Quarter. - Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. - Negotiate transportation /sub-warehouse /sub-contractor/suppliers rate & service. - Achieve agreed upon Sales targets and outcomes within schedule. - Follow company rules and Compliance the policy. - Training in the TEAM needs to succeed. - Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. - Continuously improve through feedback. - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. - Direct report to Sales manager/general manager/Director/Managing Director.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field - Have 2-3 years of Sales Experience in Freight Forwarder (Cross border) - High Conversational English both writing and speaking.(Use with the client by phone and email) - Must have personal car and driving license - Excellent interpersonal skills - Able to work under stressful conditions at times. - Highly self-motivated, excellent customer service mind, and positive thinking. - Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
